PRODUCT CARE
Hand-made crystal and stone items are made with all natural genuine crystals and stones, elastic stretch cord string, and securely tied. Please do not expose items to water or sweat, due to natural circumstances this can cause erosion and damage to your product. 

Items can be placed in sunlight to cleanse and refresh the energy of the crystal/stone. 

Items should not be worn during sleep or athletic activities. 

Products are not intended to cure or prevent any disease or mental illness. Products should not replace traditional health care procedures. If you struggle with physical or mental health issues, you should seek professional treatment immediately. 

Product descriptions are based off of ancient history, cultural traditions, science, and folklore. 


SHIPPING

Items Ship Within 1-3 Business Days & Will Arrive Within 3-7 Business Days After Shipped Date. 

A Confirmation E-mail with tracking link will be sent once items have shipped. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
In the event that a product arrives damaged via USPS, please email us on day of shipment arrival with a photo of item damage, & your order number. We will glady grant a refund or exchange the item, once we receive the damaged product. No other refunds will be accepted at this time. 

If any sizing changes need to be made to your hand-made necklace or bracelet, item can be adjusted for free. Please email us with your order number and the exact sizing needs. We will send return shipment information.

No other returns or exchanges will be accepted.
